A truly exceptional and compassionate experience for chronic illness patients. I cannot recommend Healr Health in Plano highly enough. As someone who struggles with numerous chronic illnesses, including POTS, MCAS, Anemia, and Myasthenia Gravis, finding a provider for IV therapy who truly understands and can accommodate myself needs has been a challenge. Healr Health has been a lifesaver. Previously, my cardiophysiologist attempted to get me on IV therapy, but the process was so complicated for his staff that we had to abandon the treatment plan, despite me having a positive response. My search for a clinic that would work with my insurance, especially Medicare, led me to Healr Health, and I am so grateful it did. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredible. The nurses, Kay and James, and the nurse practitioner, Jeanine, are a dream team. Kay was patient and thorough during my triage, taking my vitals and performing an EKG to ensure I was safe to proceed. Jeanine, the nurse practitioner, then reviewed my medical history with great care and attention to detail. They ordered my IV therapy, which was a comprehensive blend of essential nutrients. The treatment included Vitamin C for immune support and collagen production, Sodium Bicarbonate to help with acid-base balance and detoxification, Magnesium for muscle relaxation and energy production, Calcium for bone strength and nerve transmission, and a Vitamin B-Complex for an energy boost, brain function, and metabolism. Additionally, I received a potent mix of IV pushes: Glutathione to detoxify and fight free radicals, Taurine for cardiovascular and nervous system support, Vitamin B12 for energy and cognitive function, and Biotin to promote healthy hair and nail growth. The entire staff was knowledgeable about IV therapy and incredibly patient and accommodating, which is essential when dealing with difficult IV access. I was taken to a comfortable infusion room with cozy chairs, blankets, and snacks. Throughout my treatment, the staff routinely checked on me, and the call button was a thoughtful touch that gave me peace of mind. What truly sets Healr Health apart is its patience, compassion, and commitment to meeting the needs of its patients. BWell clinic is a vibe. Cozy environment, friendly staff. Im a hardstick everywhere but they seem to get me with less sticks than my old spot. Plus I was able to transfer my PCP here now its one stop Health. Be Well with Bwell.

The jury is out on this establishment which is why I have given a rating of 3. I was looking for a new location due to my last provider leaving the area. During the holidays I received a notification from Groupon for BWell and I read the reviews and decided to purchase the package. I sent an email to the location to schedule and after several days with no response I ended up calling and was able schedule the appt. Several days later I received a call advising that the appt. would need to be rescheduled and the next available time would be 30 days from the date of the original appt. I explained that would not work and asked why this was necessary. I was advised the service was new for the clinic and they needed additional training. I asked how I could get a refund and was advised to contact Groupon. Groupon was no help. I then called the location and spoke with a very nice lady who advised that she would assist in getting the issue resolved. The verdict is out until there is a resolution.
