Dr Nocerini takes the time to listen to me and my issues with chronic pain. I have been struggling for over 20 years and only until recently have I been able to successfully manage my condition with his expertise. He truly cares about my condition and uses his knowledge to improve my quality of life.

This doctor breaks the mold! He listens! He cares about the patient! He 'bends over backward' to accommodate patients' needs! I had another pain management doctor for several years and found this doctor while searching for something else. I was hesitant to switch because the other doctor had been working with me (well) for so long... I have NEVER been sorry I switched!! NEVER! Doctor Nocerini has my complete faith and loyalty based on the way he has treated me. However, I have intimate knowledge of how he treats others, too - my child (age 30) needed pain management help after a major surgery. I made an appointment with my (then) pain management doctor for my child to get the help needed to come home from surgery and move away from opioids in a safe manner. That doctor cancelled the appointment with three hours left before the appointment! Would not consider helping my child! After calling many, many "pain management specialists," who would not see "post-surgical" patients, Dr Nocerini's office staff cheerfully scheduled us and prioritized the appointment! Every visit was pleasant and cheerful! Based on this doctor's willingness to help my child, I switched my own pain management to Dr Nocerini. My child no longer takes pain management opioids and hasn't seen Dr Nocerini in over a year. The doctor and staff, ALL, still ask how she is doing...

Dr Nocerini and his staff are excellent . I have seen him for pain management and PRP on a knee that had excellent results . He listens to your concerns and show such compassion for his patient . I highly recommend his services. Best in Dallas .
