I am extremely disappointed in the service my husband and I received. After paying $25K+ we had a great initial experience at the Dallas location receiving our scans, blood work, etc. We paid extra to continue a year of service with a doctor. I had been working with my doctor on hormone optimization and had just received updated bloodwork to review any changes and create a continued plan forward. The office cancelled my appointment stating my year was expired and would not review my results even though I still had over a monthly left on the annual plan I purchased. In this email, there was also a note from the Dr. that my labs looked just fine and to stop all hormone therapy (which I was only on for 1 month, not sure how that would all the sudden make my hormones improve...) After reminding them of the time I had left on my membership, I received a notification that my appointment was rebooked. In the meantime, I had a local doctor look at my labs to inform me that my hormones were no where near optimal. Just a heads up that if you pay for the annual service and your membership is coming to an end, they will no longer treat you with concierge service. In my opinion it is not worth the money when there are other places comparable you can go to.
