Dr. Young and the staff at Issaquah Foot & Ankle Specialists were great. Everyone was friendly, professional and kind. I was able to get in right away. Dr. Young's approach is to listen and offer suggestions for possible treatment plans without any pressure. Both he and the front desk staff took time to answer all of my questions. Never did I feel like I was being a bother. I highly recommend this practice.

My dear mom suffers mid/ advanced Alzheimer's. It has been virtually impossible to get her toenails (or fingernails) trimmed for the past year. Dr. Jones has succeeded in trimming her toenails, twice now! He has excellent bedside manner with my mom. He works with me to get this difficult job done, and seemlessly joins in my attempts to put my mom at ease. Dr. Jones never makes us feel rushed. He as the utmost patience and care with my mom. I dread attempting to get my mom's toenails trimmed, but Dr. Jones at least makes this necessary chore manageable. If you too are caring for a loved one who suffers Alzheimer's, highly recommend Dr. Jones's services. I have also sought his consult with regard to my own bunions and pain under the ball of my foot. I received lots of information and options for alleviating pain, as well as 3D imagery for potential cutom orthodics. -All without feeling pressured to do anything just for the sake of generating revenue. His office is clean and staff are friendly. Highly recommend Dr. Jones for your foot care needs.

Cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Dr. Nelson and the rest of the team. I had very painful bunions for as long as I can remember and at the age of 32 decided to get a second opinion after a disappointing first consult (at another foot doctor). Dr. Nelson assured me he could easily fix them through a lapiplasty correction. I think the pictures speak for themselves as to how successful both surgeries went. I am now about 10 months post op for my first surgery and 4.5 months post op for my second. I no longer have painfully achy feet every day (though I am still adjusting after my 2nd procedure). Of course recovery is long and painful but that’s standard for any major operation. Some aches and pains are to be expected for up to a year. Despite the sometimes painful adjusting, my overall quality of life has changed. I can be more mobile and active and shoe shopping is no longer a nightmare! As far as the staff, everyone makes you feel welcome and accepted. I was greeted by name for every appointment. Extra special shout out to Charlotte and Steven for the post op care they provided, and to Daniel for always being available to answer my questions about logistics. I was honestly a little sad to finish all my appointments because I felt I had gotten to know everybody so well. My only constructive feedback is that I wish I was given more details about what the recovery process looked like in the first few months after surgery. For every step of recovery, there are a new set of challenges to overcome and different types of pains that I wasn’t expecting. But this was also the first time I’d ever had surgery so perhaps that’s just my own ignorance! Overall I am VERY pleased with both of my surgery outcomes and highly recommend Dr. Nelson and the rest of the team!

Dr. Brandon Nelson and his team were amazing! From my ORIF surgery for a broken fibula to the hardware removal, they were always kind, professional, and supportive. I’m so grateful for their excellent care!
