Dr. Pellegrini is thorough, knowledgeable, competent, attentive, and friendly. I went in hoping for someone who would treat me as the individual that I am and who would help come up with a plan to move forward. I definitely found that at Cascade Integrative Medicine, and with Dr. Pellegrini. All staff that I met were really great and helpful.

Over several months, I developed severe health issues that ultimately left me unable to work. A neurologist prescribed treatment that helped reduce symptoms, but I experienced significant side effects. Through regular visits, careful listening, and a comprehensive approach beyond what I had received elsewhere, Dr. Heidi Semanie helped me systematically track my symptoms and adjust my plan to improve both control and tolerability. My symptoms are now well controlled, and I’m able to function normally again. I highly recommend Dr. Semanie and her office.

Dr. Saunders was our family doc for a decade until we recently moved out of state and we are all going to miss her immensely! I had never had any health issues until a few years ago and cannot express how grateful I am to have had her helping me through it all. Her attention to detail, ability to really listen to her patient and correlate lab results, scans, and diagnostic information from other specialists to come up with a treatment plan was a level of care that no other doc was able to give me. She really honed in on what was going on and spent the time to really connect and solve my issues for me. My issues were complex and there were several specialist docs each looking at me through the lens of their own individual areas of medicine but Dr. Saunders really took lead and played the quarterback across all the docs and pulled the root cause and treatment solutions together. She saved my life and made a huge difference that I will never forget. Thank you Dr. Saunders!

Great experience from beginning to end. Friendly staff, brought back timely, efficient communication, comfortable surroundings and pleasant waiting area and patient consult rooms. Dr Benson answered all my questions and thoroughly reviews my intake paperwork.

This review is specifically for the lab technician services at Cascade Integrative Medicine provided through LabCorp. I was prompted to write this review not because of a single incident, but because of three incidents involving my family this year. I am sharing this because 1) it's important for their patients to be aware and cautious, and 2) for Cascade Integrative Medicine to implement steps to improve their services.
June, 2025: My older daughter (21) went for her 6-month routine bloodwork, and the lab technician ended up bruising her arm. She is not someone who bruises easily. We decided to let it go.
On Dec 1, 2025: She went for another 6-month routine bloodwork. The doctor ordered two different sets of tests—one for a complete profile and another for a specific marker. For some reason, the lab technician only drew blood for the latter (a specific marker), so a full medical evaluation couldn’t be completed.
Dec 16, 2025: My younger daughter (20), waited an hour for routine bloodwork despite having an appointment. When my wife came to pick her up, she was surprised to find she was still waiting. The front desk said they were short-staffed and suggested going to another LabCorp if we didn’t want to wait. Had we known much earlier, we would have done that. The two lab technicians at CIM’s LabCorp approached the waiting area and said it takes 20-30 minutes per patient to draw blood, depending on the number of vials needed. Based on my wife's experience, this isn’t true. She has had routine bloodwork every six months (with appointments) for the past four years at LabCorp in Issaquah Medical Center—inside the same building as CIM. She typically has 6-8 vials drawn per visit, which only takes 5-10 minutes. Patients with pre-scheduled (months in advance) appointments should not wait an hour for blood draws. CIM needs to vet and hire more experienced, efficient lab technicians.
All three are negative experiences on their own, but having this many things go wrong in such a short period is unacceptable. I really hope they improve their services.
