Do not order online. I ordered a product from their website on 1/24/2025. When it had not shipped as of 1/29, I emailed them that day to inquire about it. No response. I called and left a voicemail on 2/2 and followed up with another email. No response. I got an automated text message after calling their number on 2/3 and replied to that but received no response. I just had to contact my bank to dispute the charge and will have to order the product elsewhere at this point. I’m not even sure this is a real company since nobody answers the phone or responds to messages.

I had an outstanding experience at this medical spa! Kate was incredibly knowledgeable and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. I had the opportunity to use all the equipment for my Jiu-Jitsu competition preparation, and the results were fantastic. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for top-notch care and expert advice. Five stars!

I ordered a supplement a month ago and it has not shipped. I have not received any information from the company as to when it might ship or any communication at all. I have emailed twice, submitted a contact form request AND reached out on Instagram in the last two weeks, but there has been no response. I'm incredibly frustrated and feel like this is a fraudulent business. I will be reporting this to my credit card company and the BBB.
