Dr. Bronwyn Holmes, MD, FAARFM

Expert in Regenerative & Longevity Medicine, Bioidentical Hormone Therapy, and Pediatric Precision Health

About

Dr. Bronwyn Holmes is a board-certified physician and the founder of Bronwyn MD, a private concierge practice with origins in New York City, now based in Los Gatos, California. She serves as a senior physician at BioReset Medical in Silicon Valley, where she leads the Pediatric, Complex Illness and Women's Health Division alongside Dr. Matthew Cook. She also sits on the Medical Advisory Board at Eden and previously headed the pediatric stem cell therapy programme at Eterna Health.

Her clinical work centres on the two patient populations she considers most underserved in regenerative medicine: women navigating the hormonal shifts of perimenopause, menopause, postpartum recovery, and metabolic recalibration, and children with complex or unexplained conditions that fall outside the scope of conventional care. For both, she designs protocols that intervene at the cellular and mitochondrial level rather than managing symptoms alone. Her approach integrates bioidentical hormone restoration, advanced peptide therapeutics, exosome and stem cell biology, orthobiologics, and AI-augmented functional diagnostics.

Dr. Holmes views the mind-body connection not as metaphor but as a biological feedback loop, with thoughts, hormones, and the cellular environment in constant communication. This framing shapes her clinical philosophy: when that signalling breaks down, the effects show up everywhere. Her goal across all patient work is biological restoration rather than symptom management.

She is the author of the forthcoming book Sovereign, a clinical and philosophical text on women's hormonal health, and is known for her work on what she describes as "rewiring the biology of stress, trauma, and belief."
