My Husband and I moved to Casa Grande a little under 2 years ago. Moving from a big city, I did not know what to expect. I was concerned, I would not find Natural Care options. The best place to care for my family. Dr. Lakshmi has done so much to improve my health and always takes ample time to listen to me and allow me to bounce around my own ideas. She takes thorough blood exams, has vast knowledge on how those results impact overall health and has a very extensive toolbox to assist in improving things quickly from a holistic approach. I trust her implicitly and am blessed to have her so close, her holistic approach has improved my wellbeing more than any other doctor I’ve ever seen. She will even discuss diet and supplements which most doctors won’t even mention - go here if you are tired of the runaround and are ready to improve your health once and for all.

I saw Dr.Lakshmi last year and she is very courteous and listens. But didn't really do any tests with me at the office.. and since I don't have insurance, it was $305 for.. i'm going to have to see your bloodwork. After she looked at it, she suggested some herbal supplements that didn't work. Now it's a year later and I'm having all sorts of troubles and I can't get her office to call me back or send over a script for new lab work. (I've been trying not for two weeks)

I'm not writing this review to hurt or shame Dr.Nandyala, but to try to help others make a better choice in choosing their medical provider. It's now August of 2024, and I'm not sure Dr. Nandyala is even still in practice, as I tried to reach her for over two months with no response. For that reason, and due to two other issues, I have chosen a different doctor. I found Dr. Nandyqla through a google search and was impressed with her positive reviews. Our first appointment was fabulous in that she spent a full hour listening to me and asking me specific, pointed questions about me as a person and my medical history. She was kind and caring and seemed to be very knowledgeable regarding hormone therapy, which was my main reason for seeking her out. She drew blood that day right in her office, which I also thought was positive ... but that's also when the red flags started. She told me the lab should have my results back to her within a week, so we set an appointment accordingly. Not hearing from her otherwise, I showed up 10 minutes before my appointment only for her to tell me my lab esults had not come in and that we would have to reschedule. We set an appointment for another week and she promised she would contact me in advance if she still did not have the lab results. I did not hear again until I was pulling into her parking lot for that second appointment! Just as I was getting out of my car, I received a text saying she was sorry but lab results were still not available. Since I was already there, I went into her office ... where you can only check in digitally through a computer (there is no live body to help) and waited ten minutes for her to come out to greet me. She apologized for the wait and said she had been on the phone with the lab trying to track down my results. After two wasted trips to her office and two weeks waiting for lab results, I called the lab myself when I got home. They claimed they had sent her the results four days after my initial appointment so apparently she was lying to me for some reason. Looking back, I should have sought another doctor immediately but I had just paid over $400 for the lab work, so I set a third appointment and went back again. She told me I had zero estrogen zero testosterone and less than zero progestereo. As a 64 year old woman who is postmenopausal that did not surprise me. She claimed to be shocked that my previous doctor had never checked my female hormone levels and put me on two different compounded hormones. When I picked up the prescriptions, the pharmacist asked me if I was certain I was supposed to take both prescriptions at the same time, saying that it would be "a lot of estrogen!" I confirmed that I was and shared that Dr. Nandyala had warned me that my body may react by mimicking puberty signs. She was right! Within two weeks, I was full-on menstruating, and my breasts were so hard and sore. I had to wrap them in ace bandages!! I called Dr. Nandyala and she told me to immediately stop one of the two medications ... the one she wrote for a 90-supply that cost $50!! So that was a complete waste. It is now six months later, and I still do not have my hormones regulated, and my new doctor just told me I should not have been taking either of those medications and dosages! She says such high levels of estrogen could cause a type of cancer! I had another major issue with her but need to post a second separate review due to word count space.

Dr Nandyala has been absolutely amazing at helping to find the cause of my symptoms and not just fix the symptom. I have been seeing her for 4 months and have noticed a drastic change in my weight, mood and energy level. I’ve even been able to get off of some of my prescription medicines that I’ve previously had to take for migraines! She is beyond amazing and truly cares about her patients!!!
