Stay away from this place. Doctors are prescription happy and not want to prescribe medications even when you tell them you don’t want pills! Michelle North not only shoved adhd medication down my throat but she also tried giving me sleeping pills and when I told her no she scarfed at me. Then when that adhd medication didn’t work she tried shoving another prescription down my throat even though I told her I wanted to wait to go on any medication until I had my genetic test results back. Michelle North NEVER called me to go over my genetic test results in fact I had to reach out to the place doing the test for my results!!! This is supposed to be a TMS center why are patients getting turned down for TMS when it would clearly work for them but the doctor doesn’t want to take the time to actually talk to the patient they just want to prescribe pills!!!

I hardly ever leave reviews, but I had to for Bella Vida TMS! I have never walked into an office that was more welcoming in my life. Jordan at the front desk knew me by name by my second visit and welcomed me with a smile every morning. David, my tech, was so easy to talk to and always enthusiastic and welcoming. Ella was a tech I only had once when my tech was out, but she is the sweetest too! And last but not least… Joe, the psychiatrist at the office… was always so kind and courteous. I have medical trauma that I experienced at my first visit with a new doctor about a year ago, so anytime I have to find a new doctor I’m terrified. My fears were eased very quickly. Last, but not least, the treatment worked. I was VERY skeptical. I have been dealing with depression for over 2 decades. This was one of my last ditch Hail Marys and I didn’t expect much… but my depression did significantly improve. It isn’t totally gone, but the world seems brighter now. All in all… this is the office you want to go to! And the treatment is definitely worth a shot!

The team at Bella Vida is so welcoming! Not only is it a beautiful office (complete with a fun snack bar), the staff truly makes you feel at home. Would highly recommend anyone who is looking into TMS therapy to reach out to Bella Vida! They were so patient while my son who wasn’t excited about wearing the cap lol. I’d give ten stars if I could!

A very Money Hungry based clinic . I wouldn’t recommend coming here for any type of Service, they seem to mainly care about making money vs actual Patient Care. Came here with a loved one & although it was an okay experience we felt the clinic was more so concerned about collecting from us & offering certain type of services that felt pushy than the actual help they needed , won’t mention my loved ones name for privacy reasons. Some of the staff are great, but still wouldn’t come back here or recommend!! Hopefully some change can come from this

Mental Gymnastics w/ Joe Stewart @ Bella Vida 🤦🏻‍♀️ Joe Stewart wanted a sale— TMS therapy, and persistently pressured me into authorizing treatment for insurance purposes, after I had articulated that I was stable on 15 years of medication management and was not open to an additional trial of new medications. The conversation felt coercive and sales-driven rather than clinical. He was persistent in labeling me with “major depressive disorder” even after I clarified that I did not personally identify with that diagnosis, explaining to me that it was “part of the insurance process.” After reviewing my initial intake depression screening he altered my personal testing scores for the depression screening. Likely because my original scores would not have allowed me to qualify for the TMS treatment. I find that incredibly slimy, reprehensible and irresponsible. If I had believed him, and perhaps was in a more fragile state of mind, that could have potentially been very harmful: Critical portions of the psychiatric evaluation were delegated to a technician, who was not licensed or qualified to conduct a mental health assessment. I was not aware that during my initial assessment I was sharing sensitive and deeply personal experiences with a technician until it was over. This felt my feeling emotionally drained and incredibly uncomfortable. There was no structured history, no risk evaluation, and no exploration of the panic attacks I disclosed. Patients deserve transparent, ethical, and trauma-informed care. Not coercion or manipulation tied to insurance billing. At no point was a complete psychosocial history, trauma assessment, or risk evaluation conducted, despite my disclosure of panic attacks while driving, a symptom that carries clear safety implications. As a result, it’s my responsibility to report to the pertaining agencies associated to this situation. I believe that this conduct constitutes coercive diagnostic practice and undermines the integrity of informed consent and clinical judgment.
