I had an amazing experience with Katie at the Family Allergy Clinic! The staff was incredibly kind and patient, taking special care to ensure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I had a micro-needling procedure done. It was quick, easy and with excellent results. There was no downtime, and the pricing was very reasonable compared to other clinics. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for professional, top-notch care with a wide variety of services, catered to meet your specific needs.

Wanted to let you know how wonderful this place is! My daughter has had throat pain for six months. We have been to 4 doctors (including 3 Phoenix Children’s specialists). No one helped her. 6 months of pain. She’s finally pain free. Melissa did some allergy testing and made recommendations that finally helped resolve her issues! As for me, I had zero hope on my hip pain. Always at least a 3 or 4. I went to the top hip doctor in Mesa. The provider said that I would just need to learn to deal with it. 25 visits to PT didn’t help. I had reason to believe it was possibly linked to my autoimmune issues. I finally feel hope after talking to Melissa Ferrel and getting on a new medicine. I’ve gone from taking diclofenac 75 five to six times a week to none. I went from at least 10 doses of 600 mg ibuprofen a week to one. Just incredible.

I can't say enough about how amazing Katie is as a nurse! From the moment I walked in with elbow pain, she made me feel comfortable and cared for. Her professionalism and warmth were truly comforting, and she took the time to explain every step of the PRP procedure in detail, ensuring I felt at ease the whole time. Her expertise and attention to detail were top-notch, and I could tell she genuinely cares about her patients' well-being.
