I had such a wonderful experience at the stem cell clinic! everyone was incredibly kind and caring. they made me feel comfortable and supported the entire time. Since my treatment, I feel so much better more active, with more energy and vitality. I’m truly thankful for the warmth and professionalism of the whole team. Highly recommended!

Awesome place. Amazing and professional staff! The doctor is so kind and knowledgeable. It is a beautiful and peaceful office. The ketamine therapy is helping me tremendously through PTSD, grief and a cancer diagnosis. I make it a point to come here every time I come to Tijuana for cancer treatment. Highly recommend!

My experience with Dr. Osuna & his staff at Horizon was very positive. From the beginning the process was professional and very accommodating. They provided full transportation from pickup at the border to my Hotel & the Clinic. Dr. Osuna was incredibly attentive through each phase of my procedure and was in constant communication from start to finish and it felt like he genuinely cared about my wellbeing and care. My treatment was personalized every step of the way and he worked with me in a collaborative way to get the best results. He even texted before and after treatments in follow up to stay on top of aftercare. The clinic was immaculate and staff was professional and caring, I felt comfortable and cared for every step of the way. The billing process was also very simple and even accepted my HSA account for payment through my employer which made an already very affordable cost even easier to make payment. So, if you’re seeking a professional, competent, and affordable treatment facility with a number of services offered I can’t recommend Horizon and Dr. Osuna & his staff!

I recently completed three rounds of ketamine treatment at Horizon Tijuana. I highly recommend Dr. Osuna and his clinic, especially for people coming from the USA to get medical care in Tijuana. Dr. Osuna is an excellent anesthesiologist and is an expert at precise dosing of medication. He is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. All communication about my treatment was extremely clear and thoroughly explained. He guided me through my treatment and managed the ketamine therapy in a very experienced manner. The clinic is a very welcoming space. The treatment area is private and soothing, the bathroom is fresh and clean, and there are refreshments such as water and coffee available. The clinic staff are very helpful. Nurse Brenda was competent and attentive, and I have to say I think the driver Isaid was my favorite part of the clinic. For my appointments at Horizon Tijuana, I crossed the border on foot. Isaid picked me up right at the border in a very nice truck and brought me to the clinic. He also drove me back to the border after my treatment. Isaid is a very warm and kind person, and I felt very safe and comfortable with him. It was wonderful to have a driver so I didn't have to worry about a taxi or Uber while in Tijuana. This is really helpful for anyone crossing over from San Ysidro. The clinic also gave me plenty of time to recover so I didn't have to rush to leave. I would definitely go back to Horizon Tijuana and highly recommend Dr. Osuna and his team.
