My experience has been an amazing one from the beginning! My husband found MedicalMex online and we were able to each book our appointments at a convention time for each of us. I am being treated for neck, shoulders and keen pain. Viana was my initial contact and was very helpful taking all of my information. Once I booked my appointment my contact person was Beth. Who has been beyond helpful! She made sure to keep in contact with me on any updates. The whole experience has been incredibly coordinated and completely safe! My husband had his treatment done in December and he has seen a vast improvement in his mobility and strength. I currently began my treatment this week. My husband was able to join me on my trip. We have had company drivers pick/ drop us off from San Diego to Tijuana. As well as to and from all of our appointments while in Tijuana. I would highly recommend MedicalMex for anyone seeking to get stem cell therapy treatment!

I recently underwent a stem cell procedure in Tijuana, and I can't recommend this medical clinic enough! From the moment I arrived, the process was smooth and professional. My coordinator, Beth, was fantastic—she guided me through every step and made sure I felt comfortable. After flying into San Diego, I was promptly picked up from the airport and taken to the clinic, which is conveniently located in the Grand Hotel complex. This place is impressive, resembling an indoor mall with medical offices, a food court, and even a casino! On my first day, I had my blood work done, and the following morning, I received the stem cell injection. The suite I stayed in for two nights was extremely comfortable, complete with a TV and a private bathroom. The IV stem cell injection went without a hitch, and I even had a vampire facial with PRP while I was there, which felt amazing. I had plenty of opportunities to explore the area, enjoying delicious tacos at a nearby taco place and spending some time at the casino. Throughout my stay, I felt safe and had no issues whatsoever. The staff was friendly and attentive, making my experience even better. I highly recommend this clinic if you're considering stem cell therapy; they also offer hair replacements and facials. A special shout-out to Beth for coordinating everything seamlessly! ---
