The facility and all the staff are excellent. We felt at ease though out the entire process. We also had no problems with our flights or hotel reservations. The medical transport is first class. We would highly commend US Mexico Stem Cell Institute to Anyone that is considering stem cell therapy.

I recently (10/1) had the stem cell therapy (STC) and PRP injections through the US Mexico Stem Cell Institute(USMSCI). I've had arthritis in both shoulders for the last 4-5 years and recently my knees have started acting up as well. X-rays don't show arthritis but it may be just a matter of time. I started researching STC about 3 months ago and the USMSCI consistently came up in the top 3. I reached out and was contacted by Keisha (who is also a satisfied customer!). It was so easy: all I had to do was fly to San Diego and they took care of the rest, literally. Javier, the driver (true gentleman) contacted me upon arrival and picked me up within 15-20 minutes of landing. We passed through the border crossing and were at the office in 30 minutes (max). The staff were ready for me and there was no waiting. All in all, the treatment took no more than 2 hours. After, they took me to my hotel (which was part of the package) - very nice, 4 or 5 star? And then Javier was there to pickup me up and take me back to the airport the next morning. The staff were very kind and professional, the clinic spotless. Melanie, JP, Nurse Israel, Dr. Carolina and of course El Jefe, Dr. Ivan were all very pleasant and caring. I hope that the treatment is ultimately successful and that this is just a one time occurrence. However, if I need repeat visits, I will be very happy to head back south. Thank you for the experience!
