I’ve had a great experience with Opt Health over the past year. As someone who rarely goes to the doctor, I’ve found real value in getting comprehensive blood panels, personalized supplement recommendations, and ongoing lifestyle guidance. Even though I don’t need hormone therapy at this point, the regular check-ins with Dr. Anna have been extremely helpful. So far our experience with OPT health has been great! Our rep Troy has been very good and super communicative with any of our needs or questions!
