I received HydroWave, shockwave, and laser therapy with Dr. Lyu for my TMJ pain, and the treatments were incredibly helpful. The HydroWave and shockwave therapies were not painful at all, and I noticed a real reduction in pain. My TMJ pain improved from severe to manageable and now almost normal. Dr. Lyu is a very caring and attentive doctor, and I always felt comfortable and well supported throughout the process. I was especially encouraged that my dentist was very happy with my progress. I’m truly grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend Dr. Lyu.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Lyu for the past 3–4 months for arthritic pain in both of my hands and issues related to a foot injury. We initially started with SoftWave Shockwave therapy. Because I have a low pain tolerance, the treatment was rather uncomfortable for me, so the intensity had to be kept lower. More recently, he introduced Hydrowave Shockwave therapy. I seem to tolerate this treatment much better, which allows him to increase the intensity while keeping the sessions comfortable. Since making that change, I’ve been seeing good results. I’m glad I decided to trust Dr. Lyu with this treatment. I first learned about shockwave therapy through Dr. Kianoosh Ziayan at Treasure Coast Spine & Sport in Fl, and it’s been great to now benefit from it here as well.

I'm a drywall contractor in my late 60s, so I've got my fair share of aches and pains. I’ve been a consumer of chiropractic services all my adult life and I have to say that my experience with Doctor Lyu has been the most successful. With him I have found someone that relies more on the fabulous new technologies that are available and apparently WORK! I say apparently because my past experiences with chiro consisted of many visits with the physical manipulation yielding moderate to minor pain relief and no apparent resolution. With Dr. Lyu’s addition of technology, specifically the Hydrowave shockwave machine, I have had many one time “cure “visits. Most recently, this past Friday, 2/6 I woke up to a left hand that could barely move, as in a closing motion. It was incredibly painful and it was not useful at all. This was a new experience for myself as there was no related experience to point to as the cause. Just woke up “broken”. Should have bought the extended warranty. I went in to see him that evening and as all my treatments have gone, there was no pain relief when I left. The next day however, about a 50% reduction in pain and Sunday I was to about 85% of normal use and a 1-2 on pain. Today, three days later, almost zero pain and full motion. That has been my experience with the Hydrowave in my other two visits; for a fall I took off of an island countertop and a pop that happened behind my right knee trying to do more lifting in a bad position than I should have. Both of those experiences were two visits and I am right as rain right now. This has been truly remarkable, I want to use that thing all over my body and my head. Dr. Lyu is now my go-to for physical pain relief.
