Dr. Heim’s in Tampa! NAD IV therapy boosted my energy and overall focus ,the sauna/cold plunge sessions that build resilience, and cryotherapy crushes inflammation all under expert guidance that feels personalized . That combined with Dr Heim being my primary Doctors for many of my health needs and his amazing staff is why I encourage anyone looking to improve their over all fitness and health to try this practice out. One of the best things I do for my overall health every week.

I see Dr. Heim for wellness/longevity care. I’m thrilled with the results I’ve achieved so far. I recently needed a prescription for a medical condition for which I normally see a different physician. I contacted the office through the portal and received a near immediate response that they would be able to assist me. Overall, the team has been very responsive and professional.

Heim Regenerative Medicine is truly a gem! I especially love their Frequency Fridays at Fire and Frost. The guided sauna and cold plunge experience led by Keith Kemp, it’s such a beautiful way to honor your body, reset your mind, and connect with an amazing community of people. I am so stoked because with Keith’s guidance I was comfortably able to stay in the plunge pool a minute longer than my usual two minutes. The outdoor space is absolutely gorgeous. The cold plunge pools are top-notch (and self-cleaning, which I really appreciate!), and the sauna smells incredible. You can tell it was built with so much care and intention, especially with the rich scent of cedar. The bathrooms, changing rooms, and lockers are also super clean and convenient. Heim’s has truly created a hub of healing and health, and I’m so grateful to take part in it!
