Anwan Regenerative Center

My mother’s experience at Anwan Regenerative Center has been incredibly frustrating. The phones are almost never answered, and when they are, it’s usually a young man at the front who gives vague responses and claims he’ll pass messages along, but nothing ever reaches the provider or manager. Their business hours are unreliable (we’ve shown up during listed hours to locked doors), and communication is nearly impossible. The new manager seems uninformed and unable to explain basic concerns, especially around billing and medication. They charge a $500 concierge fee every visit yet bill insurance excessively, including $400 for simple injection administration, with no justification. Labs are billed to insurance and then again directly to the patient. Compounded medications they prescribe are overpriced and often never arrive, yet you’re still charged. There is nothing concierge about this practice, just a money focused doctor and his daughter, the NP, who constantly needs his help. Disorganized, overpriced, and unprofessional we won’t be back.

I came in with a recent serious foot fracture and Shannon did my foot PRP, and within a week I was feeling great! Shannon was very knowledgeable and explained everything to where I could understand it. Siya & T’keyah were great with keeping me updated on my appointments and helping with any questions I had. Highly recommend!!

I really enjoyed the experience here. I went to several other Doctors and could not receive help about a continuous pain. After a consultation I was educated on the medicine I should take and therapy to receive. I feel so much better! Thank you so much!
