About this clinic

Regene Spine, a regenerative medicine clinic in Parsippany, NJ, offers platelet-rich plasma therapy for musculoskeletal pain conditions. The clinic focuses on back pain, sciatica, neck pain, joint pain, and arthritis, alongside neuropathic presentations. PRP is an orthobiologic approach that leverages the patient's own blood-derived growth factors to support tissue repair and reduce inflammation in injured or degenerative areas. Treatment is individualized following an initial evaluation, and the practice positions PRP as an evidence-based alternative to corticosteroid injections and surgical intervention for patients seeking to address underlying tissue pathology rather than manage symptoms alone.

Dr. Roman makes me feel very comfortable and I know a good doctor when I see one. He is doing what he loves and he has helped me so much.

Gloria Watson · February 25th, 2026

From massage work and manual labor, my wife (from China) had severe elbow pain (epicondylitis) for which PT, acupuncture, and PRP didn’t remedy. We preferred an alternative to routine surgery, so we visited Dr. Roman to evaluate. He advised how stem cell therapy can likely relieve the condition with larger benefits vs. surgery which he acknowledged as an option. For us, the regenerative route was cost prohibitive. Under the circumstances, Dr. Roman wanted the best alternative for her. So, he called an orthopedic colleague and, in turn, advised us how to proceed. As a result of Dr. Roman’s input, we asked my wife’s orthopedic surgeon to not only remove the calcification, but also to reconnect the tissue that he peels off, before closing up the surgical site. As a result of Dr. Roman’s input, my wife’s surgery included repair. Following many months of PT, along with her use of an arm-stretching device, and acupuncture, my wife has regained full mobility and healing, thank the Lord. Along the way, I took the time and had the pleasure of reading Dr. Roman’s published research in his field -- wow! (I speak better English, so am writing on behalf of my wife.)
