I’ve seen Grace for massage therapy several times over the past several months and the experience has been transformative for me. She’s unlike any other massage therapist I’ve ever been to. She listens carefully to what’s happening with me and tailors her massage to what I need in that moment. She’s been especially effective working on my vagus nerve and my nervous system in general. I leave each time relaxed and renewed!

Both my husband and I have been coming to inner gate for years for acupuncture and massage. We’ve seen many people over the years, most recently Casey and Brad. Both were great and helped me with some acute issues I was having. Their practitioners are knowledgeable and I love that they will do mixed modality treatments depending on your needs. The facilities are clean and comfortable. They are easy to book with and take our insurance (united). Parking is easy and plentiful at both locations. Highly recommend!

I have been a patient of Dr Kelly for a little over a year now. My treatment and care has improved my health significantly. I am much more mobile and active, definitely moving better and comfortable. Dr Kelly and Amanda her massage therapist are very professional and have been amazing to work with. I continue to see them regularly and always look forward to my sessions. Recently I have added acupuncture as well with Casey and have been amazed by the results. I am very happy with my progress at Innergate.

Dr. Heather is an excellent provider. I have always felt heard and been provided with such thoughtful and sound advice. She's very knowledgeable, competent, and personable. I only wish she could be my primary care physician, but understandably their clinic is not set up for this. I still feel very fortunate to have her on my healthcare team. Dr. Carly is wonderful as well. Inner Gate also has a wonderful support team. Everyone has always been courteous and professional with me at this clinic, which I have consistently appreciated. So happy I found this place and Dr. Heather!

I've been a very happy patient of Inner Gate for over four years. I been seen by Oliver Leonetti (he's terrific) for Acupuncture and Amy Armstrong (excellent too).I first saw Dr. Kelley Silon, Chiropractor, 4 years ago. I was anxious see about seeing a Chiropractor (would it hurt), however, she made me feel comfortable right from the get go. Dr. Silon ( I call her Dr. Kelley) is very relaxed and approachable, always careful each appointment to assess my situation before beginning. Not only did she help to "fix" that issue but it was pain free. The massage with Amanda is part of each session and is a lovely benefit. More recently I have seen Dr. Kelley again for a new issue and her treatment has been superb to resolve it. I had decided that I would like to start seeing a Naturopath as part of what I consider my Health Care team. Fortunately for me, that Naturopath is Dr. Heather Kresbach. I was immediately impressed with her ability to listen fully, assess accurately and her skill to zero in on the key issues that need attention. Dr. Heather is most knowledgable and has already recommended "natural" actions to help these issues. As well, she feels should we ever need to consider a less "natural" approach, we will do that. Her time is not only in the clinic. I've emailed here a few times and she right back to me! Dr Heather has both a professional and relaxed style which works so well for me. 'm looking forward to being a part of her practice.
