I was diagnosed with an enlarged prostate over 10 years ago and managed it with medication for many years. In 2025, my PSA levels increased and nodules appeared on imaging. Dr. Abhishek Srivastava performed a biopsy, which thankfully showed no cancer. After years of medication and living with ongoing symptoms, I knew I wanted a change. My wife and I met with Dr. Abhi, and after a thorough discussion, I decided to move forward with a nerve-sparing simple robotic prostatectomy. Less than three weeks after surgery, I was nearly fully recovered—aside from my bladder muscles needing time to reset after years of straining. The recovery exceeded my expectations. Dr. Abhi is exceptional—thorough, compassionate, and genuinely invested in his patients. He treats you like a person, not a number. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Srivastava and the entire team at Grand Strand Memorial Hospital and Atlantic Urology Specialists.

I've been a patient since 1999. Never had any issues and I've had so many procedures for kidney stones. DR. Abhishek has been my doctor for many years. He's mine kind of doctor great bedside manners and takes his time. He's never steered me in the wrong directions with all kidney stones. The entire staff is friendly and kind.
