Dr Xavier is very knowledgeable and very personable and attentive. He is very easy to talk to and truly listens. He really cares for his patients and sincerely wants to help in their Healthcare. I know he has my best interest in his recommendations.

I have experienced 3 of their doctors. 2 of them had egos bigger than Jerry Jones and horrible bedside manor. The third doctor will drop a patient while they are trying to understand the surgical procedure the doctor wants to do. Never do any of these doctors get on the phone to help with explaining something. It is always talking to someone else and hoping they get the message right. Surgical procedures can be very scary especially when the doctor is talking about changing the way things work. Never again shall want to do business with one of their doctors.

If I could give a zero star review I would. Unfortunately I became a patient of this practice (Bedford location) because Dr. McKay was called in by the hospital during an inpatient stay. I went into the office for a followup procedure. I was asked to pay 10 times more than my actual cost for the procedure, which I did. After receipt of the EOB on 10-4-25 for a 9-30-25 procedure, I am still trying to get my refund. You can not speak to anyone directly. All calls go through an answering service that does not have updated staff information. They do not give names, direct nubmers or email addresses. And no one calls back. I have made 2 trips into the office and told there is no one available to help me. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer/patient service! Michelle Hall finally reached out to me 45 days ago. I sent her all EOBS and receipts and I have heard nothing back.
