Dr. McClerkin at Sports and Wellness in Houston was absolutely phenomenal. From the moment I walked in, she was extremely professional, welcoming, and very informative. She took the time to really listen to my concerns about my back and explained everything in a way that made me feel comfortable and confident in the next steps.
What stood out the most was how personal and genuine she was — I walked out of my very first appointment feeling like I wasn’t just another patient, but someone she truly cared about helping. It honestly felt like we were almost family.
I highly recommend Dr. McClerkin to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and trustworthy provider.

Dr. McClerkin is an amazing doctor. She truly listens to your concerns and takes the time to create a thoughtful, personalized plan to address them. The office staff is just as impressive—professional, friendly, and scheduling appointments is always easy. You can tell they genuinely care about each individual patient.
Skip the massage and go see the chiropractor instead—you won’t regret it!

Excellent care and a great team! The chiropractor is thorough and professional, and the techs are always helpful and welcoming. I’ve had a very positive experience here and would recommend them to anyone needing chiropractic treatment.

I contacted the clinic, wanting to start peptides immediately which I expressed on the phone prior to the appointment. I paid $250 to walk in the door. The peptides I wanted, she didn't have like they said on the phone but insisted on a Thursday they would be in on Monday/Tuesday. The doctor talked me into another shot (not the ones I wanted) and charged me an additional $100 for the shot/visit ($350 day one). My time is very limited, and the clinic hours are very limited. I came back to the clinic a few more weeks in a row, paying $100 each visit, (totaling $690 for that and chiropractic services), and after a month+, I still did not get the shots I paid for. I tried to make the best of it, but the services that they offer were never available (like IVs not in stock). The 2 times I used the chiropractor services it was poor as well. The first time I mentioned hip issues, and they put the electrodes on my shoulder, gave me an adjustment, and sent me on my way. The second time, I continued to discuss my hip. They put electrodes on my lower back and did not give me an adjustment. For a month I was in pain from training and needing chiropractic services, and recovery peptides. I understand there are distributor issues from time to time, but I think it is negligent to continually bring someone to the office for shots (that they did not want), charge them $700 in services over the course of a month+, and never deliver. I went to a competitor and had the shots I wanted in two days. For the $700 I spent over the course of a month, never one-time receiving the product I wanted to purchase, is the price I spend for 6-weeks of shots elsewhere. If you have limited time or need chiropractic services, go elsewhere. I really wanted to like this place. I really like to support women. The doctor is sweet, knowledgeable, and offered to go really out of the way to deliver the shots (that never came in). But I don't appreciate wasting my time OR my money. I am on a very fast paced training program, and I explained that time is of the essence, and I was strung along for a month+, suffered physically/needlessly for too long, and still billed for it.

"THE CHAIR OF HEALING"
After a week of feeling under the weather, I went in for an immunity boost. I went in on a Friday morning and felt an immediate change in my body. By the end of the weekend my superpowers were back to 100%. I am definitely making this a part of my regular wellness routine.
