Texas
Texas is a big state, and searches for ED treatment come from towns far outside any major metro as well as from the cities themselves. Most ED treatment providers sit inside and around Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth, San Antonio and Austin, with smaller clusters near El Paso and the Rio Grande Valley. If you are searching from a smaller city or a rural county, expect to drive into one of those metros, and this statewide list is built so you can compare options by distance.
Texas has no treatment-specific rule for ED care beyond the general scope-of-practice framework that governs medicine here. A physician or a supervised physician assistant can evaluate and prescribe, and a nurse may administer injections or manage follow-up under a collaborating physician's order. ED treatment is typically delivered in a physician's office, a urology or men's health clinic, or a wellness clinic, and the setting matters less than who is examining you and signing off on the plan.
Before booking anywhere in the state, you can check a physician's or physician assistant's license and any public disciplinary history through the Texas Medical Board, and a nurse's license through the Texas Board of Nursing. Those checks confirm that a license is active and show formal actions, but they will not tell you how a specific clinic runs its visits or what it actually recommends.
Ask who holds the license and who is in the room for your visit, what is being administered or prescribed and where it comes from, and how the clinic discloses risks and limitations in writing. Ask what happens if a treatment does not help, and request a quote that itemizes evaluation, testing, treatment and follow-up separately.
The order clinics appear in on this page is not for sale, Featured placements are labeled and capped, and a Verified badge reflects credential checks rather than advertising spend. Regenerated.com is free for patients to use, and a listing here is not an endorsement of any clinic.

Regulatory context
The "other" category is a catchall for regenerative wellness modalities with inconsistent federal oversight. Red light therapy devices (photobiomodulation) have narrow FDA 510(k) clearances for acne, muscle pain, and wound healing, not systemic regeneration. Whole-body cryotherapy is NOT FDA-approved for any medical indication and received an FDA safety communication in July 2016 warning of asphyxiation, frostbite, and burn risks. Ozone therapy is NOT FDA-approved for any medical use and the FDA has stated ozone is a toxic gas with no known useful medical application. Condition-specific regenerative offerings (hair restoration with minoxidil or finasteride, ED care beyond PDE5 inhibitors and shockwave) have varying approval depending on route and drug source.
The Texas Medical Board investigates unlicensed medical practice and scope violations and has issued specific rules governing medical spa practice. Ozone and chelation clinics making disease-treatment claims risk board action. The Attorney General pursues deceptive health claims under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act. Enforcement is moderate but the TMB has taken active positions on medical spa delegation and nonsurgical cosmetic procedures.
