About this clinic

Phoenix Hope, a ketamine and psychedelic-assisted therapy clinic in Seattle, offers esketamine (Spravato) and ketamine-assisted treatment for patients experiencing treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress. The clinic also provides Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) as a complementary neuromodulation option. Treatment protocols are individualized following an initial psychiatric evaluation, with ongoing clinical monitoring throughout the course of therapy. The practice positions itself as an evidence-based alternative for patients who have not responded adequately to conventional pharmacotherapy or psychotherapy alone, combining these modalities within a structured clinical framework.

I could not recommend Nicole Sorrentino at Phoenix Mental Health any more highly. As someone who has spent years searching for a psych who actually saw ME, Nicole’s focus on providing autonomous care centered around becoming the best version of yourself (not someone else) was a total breath of fresh air. After a lifetime of comorbidity, including treatment-resistant depression, I’m beyond grateful to finally get a break from the constant self-advocacy I’ve had to do with psychiatrists in the past. I’ve tried multiple antidepressants and even maxed out the FDA-approved dose of my preferred SSRI leaving me feeling defective and out of options. I’m now approaching one month of Spravato treatments, and I’m experiencing a reduction in depression symptoms at a speed and level unparalleled by antidepressants alone. I had a sliver of hope (yes, HOPE — my depressed baddies know that’s rare) after just one week, and it had allowed me to look at my life in an entirely new light. I know I still have a ways to go before I get to become the version of myself I’m meant to be, but it feels a lot better knowing I’ve got a psych like Nicole on my team for the long run. And the excellent care at Phoenix Mental Health doesn’t stop with Nicole. Morgan, my tech during Spravato, is literally the sweetest human ever with the calmest presence. She’s incredibly responsive and proactive with communication, and she makes the whole process feel safe, welcoming, and authentically comfortable. If you want a psych office that feels like home, providers who lead with compassion and care, and a team that feels like family, go to Phoenix Mental Health.

Nicole Sorrentino is an ABSOLUTE GEM. Phoenix Mental Health is run smoothly, and quite efficiently by Noor and Morgan, and the whole team together is SMART at creating a stress-free, down-to-earth, pragmatic and straightforward practice AND ITS BEEN SUCH A RELIEF TO FIND THEM. For compassionate help/treatment/feedback/bendy ear that is also clearly consistent, organized, and “just makes sense,” definitely, this is it. My insurance and pharmacy, even my diagnosis of depression/C-PTSD can be a nightmare and the amazing amount of intelligent followup here has been quite surprising but very appreciated! As an SA survivor with autism, also many medical allergies, anxiety, and basically every sensitivity under the damn sun, I’ve found Nicole to be exceedingly patient, super pragmatic (again something I really value - a delightful practitioner who can work with me where I’m at) and just someone who’s quite genius at navigating through the medical industry nonsense and brouhaha. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND her and Phoenix. Cannot say enough! Note, they are downtown but there is a nearby parking garage catty corner to the building, the streetcar that runs from SLU - South ends just across the street, and a bunch of buses stop in front of the building…in addition to the ten foot pileup of scooters and bikes that collects in front of the building’s coffee shop. Oh the monorail entrance is close as well lol. Too honestly I’d probably just say this practice is well worth the cost of an uber. The building has a calm lobby with comfy places to sit, and is kind of historically cool itself, while the office is well situated and comfortable. Wishing everyone peace and hoping you do find the relief you are seeking. I got lucky finding Phoenix on my first try here in Seattle, when I expected to have to do a lot of shopping around for a decent prescriber/sprayvato therapy. This stuff has literally kept/keeps me alive but beyond that, I am really really happy to find Nicole supportive, calming, and just: REAL. That means a lot to me :)

Hello · December 31st, 2025

I discovered Phoenix Mental Health as an alternative approach to addressing my mental health after attempting different avenues in the past. I'm currently doing the Spravato treatment that they provide, and although I was skeptical at first, it has been one of the more impactful solutions I've tried. The staff here have all been very attentive and personable, making you feel like you're being listened to and cared for as a person. Noor and Morgan are always welcoming at the front desk and while administering the treatment, and Nicole has been very thorough with her holistic approach during our check-ins. I've had such a positive experience so far that my past self a few months ago probably wouldn't believe that this is the me that I am today. Thank you to all the folks at the front and behind the scenes at Phoenix Mental Health :)
