This is the national page for vitamin IV therapy on Regenerated.com, listing clinics across the United States that record the treatment. Vitamin IV therapy, also called IV vitamin therapy, IV vitamin infusion, IV nutrient therapy or a vitamin drip, delivers water soluble vitamins and minerals straight into a vein through a small catheter while you sit for the session. A common bag combines saline or lactated Ringer's solution with B vitamins, vitamin C, magnesium, calcium and zinc, and the best known formula is the Myers' cocktail, named after the Baltimore physician John Myers. A physician, nurse practitioner or physician assistant orders the infusion, and a registered nurse usually places the line and watches for reactions. People often compare it with oral supplements, intramuscular vitamin shots, plain IV hydration, NAD+ infusions, high dose vitamin C infusions and glutathione pushes.
The evidence picture is narrower than the marketing. IV vitamins are established hospital medicine for people with a documented deficiency who cannot absorb nutrients by mouth, for example after bariatric surgery or with severe inflammatory bowel disease. For fatigue, immunity, hangovers, athletic recovery, migraine and anti aging, support comes mostly from clinical experience and small studies. Physician Alan Gaby described the Myers' cocktail in a review in Alternative Medicine Review, and a small randomized trial in fibromyalgia led by Ather Ali at Yale found improvement in both the infusion and placebo groups without a clear difference between them. Work by Mark Levine at the National Institutes of Health showed that IV vitamin C reaches far higher blood levels than oral doses, but higher blood levels are not the same as a demonstrated benefit. The individual ingredients are FDA approved drugs or compounded preparations, and no wellness vitamin drip as a whole is FDA approved for the benefits it is sold for.
Candidates are generally adults with a confirmed deficiency, an absorption problem, or a clinician's specific reason to bypass the gut, who have completed a medical intake covering history, medications and, where relevant, lab work. People with heart failure, kidney disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure, pregnancy, iron overload, or a red blood cell enzyme deficiency that high dose vitamin C can worsen are usually told to wait or speak with their own physician first. Ongoing tiredness deserves a proper workup rather than a standing drip appointment.
Supply is broad and largely cash pay. Vitamin IV therapy is offered by hospital outpatient infusion centers, physician led integrative and functional medicine practices, stand alone IV lounges, medical spas, and mobile nurses who come to a home or hotel. Listings concentrate in large Sun Belt and coastal metros, including South Florida from Miami to Boca Raton, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Phoenix and Scottsdale, Dallas, Houston and the New York area. State rules on clinic ownership and physician supervision differ, so two lounges in neighboring states can operate very differently. Some patients travel for a broader program, so ask how follow up works once you are home.
Before booking anywhere, ask who orders each infusion, which physician supervises the clinic, and check both licenses yourself. Ask exactly what is in the bag, the dose of every ingredient, and whether it comes from a licensed compounding or outsourcing pharmacy. Ask for written disclosure of risks such as vein irritation, bruising, infection, fluid overload and allergic reaction, and what the staff do if one occurs. A clear quote itemizes the base infusion, each add on, any labs, and membership or package terms.
This national list is not for sale. Organic order is never paid ranking, Featured slots are labeled and capped, and Verified means the clinic completed credential checks, not that it spent money. Regenerated.com is free for patients, and inclusion in the directory is not an endorsement. Use the state hubs below the list to build a shortlist closer to you.
Ingredients, evidence and terminology are covered in more depth in the vitamin IV therapy guide. Two short explainers show how listings work on this site: How to read a Regenerated city hub and Featured vs Verified vs organic.
