I’ve been going to Revive Wellness and Rejuvenation / North Phoenix Wellness for a few years now and cannot say enough good things about Alexandra Birkett. She has truly helped me improve my health, and I’ve felt so much better since becoming her patient. Allie takes the time to listen, explains things thoroughly, and genuinely cares in a way that feels rare in healthcare today. She provides real answers instead of rushing you out the door like many traditional doctors do. Her front staff is also so helpful and kind which seems to not be so common these days. I’m so grateful to have found her and highly recommend her to anyone looking for thoughtful, personalized care.

I started seeing Dr Raquel one year ago, when a friend recommended her for. I had been dealing with autoimmune uncontrolled inflammation, that even my Rheumatologist didn't understand. My daily migraines and headaches were being improved with the help of my Neuro, but she wasn't able to get to the bottom of anything. Dr. Raquel at Revive addressed those things, as well as my chronic fatigue, pain, and migraines, and IBS-C. She did a full hormone panel and checked for both food allergies and food sensitivities. I had H-Pylori at the time, which she prescribed antibiotics for, then we proceeded with her "gut protocall. I had to completely change my diet, and I didn't like it, but I committed 100% as she suggested. I think that was the first month my body had absorbed nutrients correctly in years. My fatigue and mood improved greatly with the HRT, and my thinning hair has been growing in faster than it did when I was a teenager. She thoroughly reviews my labs before every visit, and has done a fantastic job of finding the route cause of my issues. All of my systems were shut down - She figured it out by my 1st follow up appt, and my other Docs never did after years with them. This clinic has a homeopathic approach - If they can do it with supplements and lifestyle changes they will, and if not they can write the correct RX's to get you back on your feet. I love that they take the time to listen, and really understand each persons reason for being there. I know 3 other patients there, and just recommended another friend to their clinic. These gals will change your life. Dr. Raquel literally changed mine!
