I can’t thank Dr. Nicholas Jan enough for the shockwave treatment on my hip. I had been struggling with persistent hip pain that limited my daily activities, but after a few sessions at Jan Active Therapy, the difference is night and day. Dr. Jan is incredibly thorough and explained exactly how the Sanuwave technology works to stimulate healing. It’s a non-invasive game-changer. Kristina is awesome! I have been her patient for over two years now. She knows exactly which muscle is acting up and how to get my musculoskeletal system in a better place quickly. She also taught me exercises which have given me tools to handle flare ups. Migraines are contained, back pain under control and I am able to go on short hikes. She helps me understand the limits of my body and with that awareness, I am able to participate in many activities. Very caring. All around great physiotherapist. I will highly recommend her.
