Oregon
Oregon's capacity for ED treatment is concentrated heavily in the Portland metro area, including suburbs such as Lake Oswego, Beaverton and Hillsboro, where urology, men's health and primary care practices cluster around the region's larger hospital systems. Smaller pockets exist around Salem and Eugene, but most of the Willamette Valley outside those three metros, and nearly all of central, eastern and coastal Oregon, has little dedicated capacity. A patient in Bend, Pendleton, Medford or on the coast should generally expect to travel toward Portland, Salem or Eugene, and some Portland-area patients cross the river into the Vancouver, Washington side of the same metro rather than assume a local option exists closer to home.
In Oregon, physicians and physician assistants who diagnose and treat ED are licensed and disciplined by the Oregon Medical Board, while nurses who administer injections or manage infusions fall under the Oregon State Board of Nursing. Oregon also licenses naturopathic doctors more broadly than many states, through the Oregon Board of Naturopathic Medicine, and some of them offer regenerative or hormone-adjacent options for ED. Where a given treatment is delivered, whether a physician office, a urology or men's health suite, or a wellness clinic offering injection-based options sometimes marketed as the P-Shot, should match who is actually licensed to provide it in this state.
Before booking anywhere in Oregon, ask who holds the license and who performs or supervises the visit, exactly what is being administered and where it comes from, how risks and limitations are disclosed in writing, what happens if a treatment does not help, and for a written quote itemizing evaluation, testing, treatment and follow-up separately. Each board's public license lookup will confirm whether a credential is current and show disciplinary history, though it cannot tell you how a particular visit will go. For the mechanism and evidence behind ED treatment generally, Regenerated's national ED treatment hub covers that ground in full.

Regulatory context
The "other" category is a catchall for regenerative wellness modalities with inconsistent federal oversight. Red light therapy devices (photobiomodulation) have narrow FDA 510(k) clearances for acne, muscle pain, and wound healing, not systemic regeneration. Whole-body cryotherapy is NOT FDA-approved for any medical indication and received an FDA safety communication in July 2016 warning of asphyxiation, frostbite, and burn risks. Ozone therapy is NOT FDA-approved for any medical use and the FDA has stated ozone is a toxic gas with no known useful medical application. Condition-specific regenerative offerings (hair restoration with minoxidil or finasteride, ED care beyond PDE5 inhibitors and shockwave) have varying approval depending on route and drug source.
The Oregon Medical Board and Oregon Board of Naturopathic Medicine investigate unlicensed practice and scope violations. Ozone and chelation clinics making disease-treatment claims risk board action. The Attorney General pursues deceptive health claims under the Oregon Unlawful Trade Practices Act. Enforcement is moderate and generally supportive of licensed integrative practice.
