As someone with EDS and ADHD, finding a massage therapist who both understands those conditions and doesn’t default to “relaxation” work (which is sensory overload for me) is tough. As a fellow LMT, I say this with love: Dr. Sabin nails it. He’s knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely gets it. Highly recommend! I’d see them for primary care if I didn’t already have an awesome ND.

This office and their Fremont office are amazing. Dr. Gilman restored my faith in medical practitioners after a long journey to find compassionate care for my chronic conditions, just when I was ready to give up on finding help. He is fantastic at approaching issues from a multifaceted perspective and is very good at working with specialists and other providers to ensure continuity of care. Dr. Richardson is also wonderful when I have seen her. They blend conventional western medicine with the evidence-based application of herbal, supplemental, and eastern medical traditions, using a whole person approach in a way that makes me feel comfortable that I’m receiving care from all angles. I truly could not recommend them more highly.

Dr. Gilman went above and beyond to help figure out what's going on with me. Because of this Dr., other Dr.s are starting to pay more attention and not dismissing and gaslighting me as much. I would not be where I am at now without Dr. Gilman. I am forever grateful and appreciative to West Seattle Natural Medicine. They are amazing!
