This is the national page for NAD IV therapy on Regenerated.com, listing clinics across the United States that record the treatment. NAD IV therapy, also called NAD+ IV therapy, NAD+ infusion or NAD drip therapy, delivers nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, a coenzyme every cell uses for energy metabolism and DNA repair, directly into a vein through a small catheter. Because NAD+ can cause flushing, nausea, cramping or chest tightness when it goes in quickly, infusions usually run slowly over a seated session lasting a few hours. A physician, nurse practitioner or physician assistant orders the infusion, and a registered nurse typically places the line and adjusts the drip rate. People often compare it with NAD+ injections under the skin or into muscle, oral precursors such as nicotinamide riboside (NR) and nicotinamide mononucleotide (NMN), the Myers' cocktail, glutathione pushes, IV vitamin C and peptide therapy.
The evidence for NAD+ infusion is thin, and that is worth saying plainly. NAD+ levels decline with age in animal studies, and researchers such as Charles Brenner and David Sinclair have helped build a strong laboratory case for NAD+ biology in aging and mitochondrial function. Human trials have mostly studied oral precursors, and randomized controlled trials of intravenous NAD+ for fatigue, cognition, anti aging, cellular regeneration or addiction recovery remain very limited. NAD+ is not FDA approved as a drug for any of these uses, and the product in the bag is prepared by compounding pharmacies or outsourcing facilities. Claims about longevity outpace what the human data shows today.
Candidates are generally adults in stable health who understand that the treatment is investigational, have completed a medical intake with their history and current medications, and accept that results are uncertain. People who are pregnant or breastfeeding, have significant heart disease, kidney or liver disease, active cancer, or a history of strong reactions to infusions are usually told to wait or speak with their own physician first. Anyone pursuing NAD+ therapy for substance withdrawal should be under the care of an addiction medicine clinician, because withdrawal can be medically dangerous on its own.
NAD IV therapy is offered in physician led integrative and functional medicine practices, longevity clinics, stand alone IV lounges and infusion suites, medical spas, and mobile services that come to a home. Hospital programs rarely offer it as a wellness service. Listings tend to concentrate in large Sun Belt and coastal metros, including South Florida, Southern California, Phoenix and Scottsdale, Las Vegas, the large Texas metros, and the New York and New Jersey area. State rules on who may own an IV clinic and who must supervise it differ, and many patients travel for a multi day program, so ask how follow up works once you are home.
Before booking anywhere, ask who orders the infusion, which physician supervises the clinic, and check those licenses yourself. Ask exactly what is administered, the dose, the planned drip rate, and which licensed pharmacy compounded the NAD+. Ask for written disclosure of risks such as flushing, nausea, headache, vein irritation, infection and allergic reaction, and what staff do if a reaction occurs. A clear quote itemizes the infusion, any add on ingredients, lab work, mobile fees, and package or membership terms, and a clear plan says when and how the clinician will check in afterward.
This national list is not for sale. Organic order is never paid ranking, Featured slots are labeled and capped, and Verified means the clinic completed credential checks, not that it spent money. Regenerated.com is free for patients, and inclusion in the directory is not an endorsement. Use the state hubs below the list to build a shortlist closer to you.
