This is the national page for arthritis treatment on Regenerated.com, listing clinics across the United States that record care for arthritis, joint pain and joint inflammation. Arthritis treatment covers osteoarthritis (OA), also called degenerative joint disease, as well as inflammatory forms such as rheumatoid arthritis (RA), psoriatic arthritis and gout. Standard care includes exercise therapy, weight management, physical therapy, topical and oral NSAIDs, corticosteroid joint injections, hyaluronic acid injections (viscosupplementation) and, for inflammatory arthritis, disease modifying antirheumatic drugs (DMARDs) such as methotrexate and biologics. Regenerative options that clinics list include platelet rich plasma (PRP) injections, bone marrow or fat derived cell injections and prolotherapy. Care is delivered by rheumatologists, orthopedic surgeons, sports medicine and pain physicians, physiatrists, primary care physicians, nurse practitioners, physical therapists and chiropractors, and patients often compare it with joint replacement, genicular nerve radiofrequency ablation and acupuncture.
The evidence for arthritis treatment is strongest for exercise, weight loss in knee osteoarthritis, NSAIDs and, in inflammatory arthritis, early DMARD therapy. The osteoarthritis guideline from the American College of Rheumatology and the Arthritis Foundation, led by Sharon Kolasinski, strongly recommends exercise and corticosteroid injections for knee OA, while the Osteoarthritis Research Society International (OARSI) publishes its own guidance. DMARDs and biologics are FDA approved for specific inflammatory diagnoses, and hyaluronic acid products are FDA approved as devices for knee osteoarthritis, although guideline support for them is mixed. PRP for arthritis is investigational and used off label, and the FDA has not approved any stem cell product for osteoarthritis. Those regenerative injections are usually cash pay, and the research on them is still small and uneven.
A typical candidate has arthritis confirmed by an exam, imaging or blood tests and still has pain, stiffness or lost function despite exercise and first line medicine. People with mild to moderate knee or hip osteoarthritis are the group most often offered injections, while advanced joint damage is usually assessed for surgery. A hot, swollen joint with fever needs urgent care, and new joint swelling with morning stiffness should be seen by a rheumatologist before any regenerative injection, because untreated inflammatory arthritis can damage joints. Active infection, some blood disorders and certain cancers also rule out many injections.
Supply of arthritis care is spread nationwide. Arthritis treatment is offered in rheumatology and orthopedic practices, hospital and university joint programs, infusion suites that give biologics, sports medicine and pain clinics, chiropractic and physical therapy offices, and wellness or regenerative clinics. Listings concentrate in California, Texas, Florida, New Jersey and Arizona, and in metros such as Houston, New York, Chicago, Las Vegas, Dallas, Los Angeles and the Phoenix and Scottsdale area, while smaller towns often have fewer specialists. Many patients across the country travel for a regenerative injection, then continue rehab and follow up closer to home.
Before booking anywhere, ask who holds the license, who performs and supervises each injection, and whether imaging guidance such as ultrasound is used. Ask exactly what is administered, where it comes from, how it is prepared and whether its use for your joint is approved or off label. Ask for written disclosure of risks such as infection, flare and bleeding. A clear quote itemizes the consultation, imaging, preparation, injections and follow up, and the plan should say how progress will be measured and what happens if it does not help.
This national list is not for sale. Organic order is never paid ranking, Featured slots are labeled and capped, and Verified means the clinic completed credential checks, not that it spent money. Regenerated.com is free for patients, and inclusion in the directory is not an endorsement of any clinic or treatment. Use the state hubs below the list to build a shortlist of arthritis providers closer to you, and read more about osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis on their condition pages.
